I immediately called SERVPRO and spoke with the receptionist and explained my problem to her.  She was kind, attentive and very professional.  She promised to get back to me shortly, which she did within 10 minutes of our conversation.  She told me to leave everything alone-the technicians from SERVPRO would take care of everything when they arrived at my home around 11:30 am.  She was right!!!

Dan Krump and his assistant were absolutely awesome!!  I showed them the rooms involved and they immediately went to work.  Within an hour the mess was cleaned up and fans and dehumidifiers were in place to dry the areas in all three bathrooms.  I can not shower Dan and his assistant with enough praiseworthy comments regarding their professionalism, attention to detail and kindness.
